This is the same battery box we have been selling for a few months now but now we are making enough at a time to really lower the price! They sold great for $59 each......But......

.......I made 250 this batch and the pricing is so good we dropped the price to $48 each! Same great box, way better price.....

Very nice design. Why do you continually have to come up with stuff I would really really like to have. Could you build some crappy stuff I don't want to spend my hard earned money on please. :D

Great looking Battery box Dan!!

These could certainly .......

Mount on the firewall but how the platform is setup is up to you, you would have to place some support beneath it.

In ~ a week look for double battery boxes!

In 2 available options, side by side widthwise & side by side lengthwise!

Pics as soon as I get them bent!

Has anyone stuck a 78DT in one of these?
Looks like I would have better luck making eather a 78 or optima fit in the optima mount as appose to craming an optima into a diehard mount.:dunno:

Wow, hadn't updated this one in years!

They are made for the 34/78 series, I am not sure if the DT is dramatically different?

So the bigger question is: will a 78 battery fit in an optima cut box?
I NEED a battery box, I have a 78 now but would like to know I can go back to an optima if opportunity comes up.

Side note-DT has both a top and side post(same case size as a standard 78)

Edit: answered my own question. Looks like the footprint of an optima is smaller than the 78.
Sorry for any confusion Dan, I thought the base dimensions were the same(78 and optima).
