new project! and dually drum questions?

just got this 1980 last night. 350/465/205 the rear is locked, i'm assuming its the brakes, it been sitting for a while. took a little work to get it off the flatbed. someone put new doors and fenders on it. with only the factory primer they rusted. it HAD a pto winch, the winch is gone, but the pto is still there.

any tips on pulling the drums? will those disk brake kits fit on this (cab and chassis) narrow 14 bolt?
