so i got all fittings hoses and clamps and will start install in the morning.
would start today but wind is supposed to gust 40 plus.

Definitely close off the gap between the shroud and radiator (finger pic).

was going to hit up ace hardware and get thin sheet metal and make a piece to cover it

Got my sheet metal , and was going to rivet it or nut cert it to the fan shroud assembly.
took a dremal that my brother gave me and trimmed the shroud .
side note at 20,000 rpm a dremal turns plastic into hot sticky goo and it HURT

I had to pick it off my neck then get a screw driver to pick it of my finger.
hollering hot hot HOT with the neighbors looking at me so funny.............

went to install the rad to see how it fits and the thing is at least 3 -3 1/2 inches shorter than the diesel one i was going to swap.
but i got the wrong mounting brackets so i cant get em in time before my trip so i will put it back the way it was and deal with it when i get home
