I called RC today, since I didn't get a response from my email. I talked to "a MGR" who said "I haven't gotten to the emails yet, I'll call you tomorrow". Which is funny, I don't think he has my phone number. So I'm gonna wait until tomorrow afternoon, and then contact my Credit Card Co.

Oh by the way RC has the worse rating with the better business bureau !
