Joe is an above average welder...but that kind of weld quality is what is expected when you do it for a living. Some guys have more trouble than others getting that quality every time. Joe seems like he could do it in his sleep. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Heh, I have to admit, I do post alot of pictures on here to show off and stuff. But Rene has a point, It is expected of me to produce atleast that kind of quality all the time. From both my employeer and myself. I couldn't be a welder for a living if I didn't. For a looong time I struggled with consistancy. I could produce quality like that pretty much only when I was sitting at a bench or the part was in front of me and I could position it how I wanted so it was convienent. Only recently have I been able to do that kind of stuff regardless of how comfortable I am. Hehe, I did all those welds standing on the ground in the same position. /forums/images/graemlins/weld.gif
