If I get new/used seats , what will it take to get them mounted?

What keeps them off the floor, just figure out how to bolt them to my seats ...legs?

You could go look at your seat mounts/stands and compare them to whatever seats you want to put it but you will have to make new mounts (or modify your current ones) to put pretty much any other seat in.

Ok Thanks.
Im just tired of my non-support non-headrest seats.

I picked up a pair of 89 suburban buckets for my 76 Jimmy. The mountings do not match the stock seats (not even close). The later model seats sit on sliders which mount on raised brackets. I'm still hunting something that will work without having to tie the mounts into a roll cage, etc. This evening, I found JEGS has a pair of adjustable seat brackets that look like they might work. It appears that "C" channel or rectangular tube could also be used. I think if I had to do it again, I'd buy new/used Jeep Wrangler seats as they are easy to find (about $125-50 each new) and plentiful used. Good luck.
