NEW SHOES!!

@mrk5 ran a set of those. Seemed to work well off road as well as on

Nitro makes a good tire, and they support KOH

These are D rated not E, should have a nice ride. I am gonna try something new using .20 gram air soft BB's to balance these babies table I used says 4 oz for 33 11.5 16. So that is 570ish BB's @1/2 cup

Don't bother counting
Just buy a 10k count bucket and split 4 ways. I have that in mine, comes to 16ounces if I remember right. Hmmm maybe split 6 ways. You can be short on BBs but never really have too many. I have 16ounces in my 37s and now in my 40s.
Don't bother with rim weights if you are doing BBs, it will make things worse later

So 16 oz is the recommendation for 37-40" tires or you just decided and it works.?
I like using the ceramic beads myself but have no idea how to fin how much I need

I use steel shot in mine

If you get more than is needed to balance the tire, it just distributes it around the tire

Airsoft BBs for me. They are cheap and last just as long as my tires do. :whistle:So not sure about someone that gets 30k miles out of a set.
I read how much weight you need per size tire.
I forgot that number or even where I found it (probably a company's website that sells balancing stuff)
But I know I'm putting in more than what was recommended. A lot more, maybe, I dunno. :D I just know it works.

Probably thinking of Dynabeads http://www.innovativebalancing.com/BigTirechart.htm

and don't use the organic airsoft beads if you go that route, they fall apart.
