she has come a LONG way since i got her home but she is almost ready to go to work .
getting tools i had and some deals on new off evilbay .
stopped at walmart the other night and got some cheepy hammers and striking pry bars and swung threw the garden section and found the tool holders for your garage wall . spotted this one style and said to my self dam thats super close to the side width of the box so i got one . got home and it was just 2 inches to wide in to the rubber on each side so i had the back of the box open and BAM it fit perfect on 1/2 the width of the back . so i stopped today and got a second unit .
the only thing i would have done different for next time is i forgot RIV-NUT / NUTSERTS
. . . i used 8 #10 screws and did it the much harder way of install . riv-nuts would be PERFECT in this boxed in location . but anyway i now have 6 hooks on the back and it almost looks like a snap-on item add-on .
also scored me a almost new older hobart 140 mig and cart and bottle . i half un-assembled the welder and got 4 1/4" bolts down the feed holes and nutted them tight and then drilled 4 holes in the cart and used some fender washers on the bottom side and nylock nuts so she is bolted firm to the cart but still easy to service the side door .
made up 2 good 25ft 14/3 awg cords from some old school real wire i had laying around 1 for the welder and one for the box and other stuff i might need . then i found this almost new nockoff of a flexzilla hose cheep and its like 50ft in length if i had to guess .
its weird setting up a box as i have not had to do this in YEARS since i have my other BIGGER snap-on box already . but this is a great start for the limited stuff i will be doing at my new job so i will fill it in as needed and be good to go .
oh ya and i have a new set of drawer liners on order to get rid of these nasty beat up ones and finish out the refurb of the box .
