Old style or new style? If it's new style (of if you want to convert to new style), just about every 1/2 and 3/4 ton truck from 73-87 will have them. Any junk yard (or 90% of the members of CK5) should be able to help you out.
If you want brand new stuff, a good parts store should be able to order you some.

Diameter. The old style is smaller and unique to Older Dana 44. The newer one is the same as a Chevy 10-bolt (the most common front axle under a Chevy).
