Make some up and I will buy a few. I have seen the bottle openers that are gussets.....but I don't have any place to put a gusset, and make it look normal.

So your looking for Spring plates with the right spacing for all Ubolts, I'll be making a new set for mine soon. No prob there. Actually you can order those anytime. You'd have to add your own ubolts just call Tracy and tell her what you want.

Unfortunately not. Currently in search of a set up vehicle of that vintage to build off of.

What about a U-bolt flip kit for HP60s like the one under your rig?

The spring plates on my S10(with HP Dana 60) came from Kert. He made them for me before he even started DIY4x. They fit perfectly. U-bolts are a pain in the ass to come up with I've found.

If you go to a shop that sells parts for OTR trucks, usually they can make up the U bolts.
