New Style paint on a Square Body

OK sorry about the lighting. I have seen this before but never had my camera. Thursday morning I saw it in Delta and took pics. Not sure of the close up quality but I like the color and way it looks. Seems like a nice job on two tone and the lines look good!

It don't look bad. Needs bigger tires though. Looks weird with those Honda civic size ones. I'd drive it though.

I don't like this on the new trucks let alone a square, I'll pass.

There is a black and silver truck here. Makes me think they fixed rust in it and did not want to paint the whole thing.

I don't hate the paint. I hate the possibility of it having fiberglass flares/runnign boards, cause those suck.

But, the paint scheme that mimics 2 tone and big (bushwacker) height flares looks good. I had a 97 Burb white with black factory flares. Looked good.

Yea no fiberglass flares it is all done by paint. I just like the way the lines of it flow and in day light the color too. I tried to get picture to show it wasn't a flare kit.

Some paintjobs, are altitude specific,IMO.

Meaning: That looks better way up high.
Whereas, some paint looks better down low.

The paint on my C/10 is just average, maybe "neat" if you will...
But, slam it... Give it that attitude with altitude, and the paint looks killer.

It's weird what a difference stance makes.

This the new body style scheme. It looks OK on them, not so much on this older style.
It's mostly because we're used to a certain style and we can't change easily.
If it was an all new scheme based on the body lines it might be better.
