New to Blazer Bash - Questions

All,
I am new to CK5 (and therfore Blazer Bash), and I have a couple questions:

1.) Is there some sort of official signup?

2.) Is there a hotel for Blazer Bash 07 yet? If so, how far from trails, etc.

3.) Is there a place to park Tow vehicles and trailers? I would be coming from NorCal and though I am sure I could just drive, it might be easier to tow?

This years BB is going change a bit from the last few years.
There will be sign ups etc.

As of right now there is not a hotel but several are in the running for the "official" hotel. There is always plenty of room for tow rigs etc.
