new to cb world

ok so our shop has recently decided to start installing and tuning cb radios. so i know enough to get most working but there have been a few that I have had no luck tuning. I am thinking one of them was a ground issue.
what i am getting at: can anyone point me in the right direction to start learning this stuff? any good forums out there? I would like to learn how to cut and tune antennas and what not. thanks guys

Ya I would love to know the basics and go from there. Im currently looking for a couple of cb's. To be honest I always thought you just turned em on and started talking
