Hey guys,
Coming over from the Ford world and I'm not going to act like a mechanic (although self taught, I can diagnose and work on 90% of problems I find), but I'm trying to really get it dialed as to what I have under the hood and what I'm going to need to properly maintain and know the ins and outs of my 1973 K5. It's a really well taken care of and unique rig. If anyone is interested I would love to just meet any experts in the area before I start tearing into this thing. Currently running a rebuilt 350 with auto 3 speed trans. aftermarket distributor, edelbrock carb, custom headers and exhaust. The original owner really dialed this thing in, and now I'm considering the dream of converting it to a turbo diesel and possibly veg conversion. I know this is way out of the realm of projects I have done, but that's my style to tackle things head on... Looking forward to getting some pics up soon
