New (to me) shop.

I think I couldn't of resisted the 10/22 on that one. But then it would of taken me longer to clean up....

When you said new shop I thought you moved yourself to it, not moved it to your new location. Nice work, looks like its turning out good, some new siding and you'd never know the difference!

You and my father are the only people I've known to move an old building on their own to another location to reuse. I helped him do that to an old shed he turned into a game room when I was a teenager so he could used the exposed ceiling of the old shed since it was all wooden rafters, barn wood, etc.

We used my AK-47 to shoot rats while we were tearing up the concrete pad. A little overkill, but it was fun.

A lot of the jars were old mason jars, which are apparently collectible. I kept one that was a bicentennial jar. The rest I gave to friends and family that are into that kind of stuff, and the left overs to a craft shop in town.

The ones that were just plain jars were tossed into a hole in the ground and buried.

Nice to see updates from Martin. Your land looks just like ours.

Not one pic of the new house?

Thank you. Yeah, I think it’s pretty country, but it’s not everone’s cup of beer.

As for the house, nothing special. Just a prefab. I took a bunch of pictures in the process of putting it up, but I wasn’t sure if there was interest in seeing such a thing.

I took a few pictures quick today.

This patent plate gives an idea of how old the shed is.

That Butler tag is neat. I remember seeing a lot of Butler grain bins years ago.
Me and my wife grew up with mountains took a while to get used to the prairies but we love it now, so much land so little People.
Prefabs are great. They go up fast, seems to be the way to go around here. A lot of them have been going up on outs in the last few years.

Nice place dude! Got a garage, hell of a shooting range and I'll bet a telescope for the stars at night would be fantastic.
