nope panties were not in a bunch . funny thing was when I cut the truck up I thought it was the end of the truck . That is why I am building another truck bc I am sick of beater k20 thinking it was his truck , and stuff. anyways he has nothing to do with my s10 so ****kk off hahaha also I twinsticked it bc I wanted to be able to steer with the body , and had a Damn good time doing it .

You let things get to you way too much man... you let other peoples thought feelings and reactions dictate why you do things. Who cares what other people believe. you know it was you so why does it matter?

Fil, i honestly thought we put that behind us. yes, it does hurt to see the truck go out so fast. when i purchased that truck, that was the last place i ever went with my grandpa when he was alive. i kick myself every day for cutting it up in the first place. when i sold it to you, i assumed that it would be a long lived project, not a build it, wheel it a couple times and trash it deal. no big deal, its your truck now, whatever.

as for belittling your work, in this post, i did that in no way shape or form. keep in mind which one of us removed every last rivet from the frame, and replaced them with bolts, who sourced most of the major components for the truck, and who went to the trouble of putting the cab on the chassis. that's easily the hardest part of a frame up build, and i did it by myself. yes, i have alot of pride in the truck, alot of hours, and alot of blood (she liked to make me bleed). i made the decision to sell it, and the new owner did something that i didnt like. oh well. no need to be a prick about it.

so what are the specs on your truck???????

He's all stock with a 350. The tires are small :( I think they're 29.5s or somethin like that. They came new with the truck so that gives me time to save up for the new wheels/tires. :D

What year??? did ya'll put the 350 in it?? or was it so equiped when you got the truck ???

1987, and it came with him. It was my great Uncle Sunny's truck (he bought it new and was rough on em) and he wanted to go to somebody who would take of him and use him for what he's for. So I got him. That explains the yellow paint..its kinda a dedicaion to him. I went to the paint store thinkin I was gonna come home with a blue or a gunmetal gray but I walked out in a total different decision. Now he's gonna come up here from Arkansas to drive him one last time...little bit of history on em. lol

:D Thats pretty cool, Fuel injected 350 well Nice truck and welcome to again... to CK5

haha, I'm in Sedgwick...bout 10 min north of Wichita.
Cool. I've got family in Wichita and Kechi. Some friends live along the way to Wichita, too, in Newton, McPherson and Salina.
There are/were some members here that are also in Wichititty. Gofergirl and Jagged frequent this site as much as the others do. I've met both of them twice now. Rtrotter is another member there also. Used to be a few others back a few years ago but for some reason, I guess, the K-series thing "died out" on them. Oh well.

Whats special about Kans-Ass girls is that they are frickin' nuts and psycho. I would know as I was married to one for 10 years and now finally free of that.
