Not a GM, but I think you guys will like it. I'm changing jobs and will be working for myself so I needed a work truck.

'05 Ram 3500, 325/600 5.9, 6spd, 196k. Stock for now, but that will slowly change. It's the cleanest one I found and the cheapest. :D

And the reason I sought this truck...this is after driving around the metro area all day, mostly highway.

Sweet! Don't get too hyped up yet with the overhead, they're notoriously wrong. I'm sure it does great for how big it is but hand calculate an entire tank and compare it to the overhead.

Oh I know, but I'm sure it's probably at least in the 18 range. hand calc would be easier if it would let me fill it up all the way. Stops at 3/4 tank for some reason. Googling now.

Had To Replace Front Tires Today Due To Tread separation. One Of The Simulators Was Broken So I LeftThe Front Ones Off. So.....Black With Chrome Caps (Remove The Rears) or replace That Simulator?

A lot of guys have problems filling with diesel in these "light duty" diesel trucks. I have asked around and some are better than others depending on the shape of the tank and more importantly IMO the shape of the filler neck and how well the tank vents.

With my service bed on my 12 valve dodge the filler neck is kind of goofy and sometimes I've just given up trying to fill it up. Other times I luck out and get the nozzle set just right and get it clicked on the first hold down of the gun and it'll fill it up without problems.

I've noticed (obviously) the more guys pumping diesel at a station the better since it seems to lower the volume coming out of each gun and doesn't foam up and click off.

Ok there ya' go. Everything you didn't want to know about filling up your truck. :D

I like the chrome on the rear wheels, so I vote to replace the simulator.

Nice truck! And i like the black wheel/ chrome caps. And chrome wheels too/ so it boils down to what you like.

I have a all stock alum wheel for my truck. Plus a black wheel/ chrome cap for it, i like both so far.
