Hey everyone. I just bought a 1991 K5 4x4. My main concern right now is the fuel gauge. I know they are old and wobble around due to no dampeners. This one however stays on full or is over full (all the way on the right) which I assume for right now means empty cause I had to put 26gal in it when I drove home. I am new here and not a heavy forum user so if you know of a thread that had fixed this please point me in the right direction. Also the trip meter is non-reset-able for some reason and the brake light is on all the time. Let me know if you can help. Thanks.
The rear differential is also leaking but that's a whole other issue right now.
Update* Right now the truck interior has been stripped and the rear differential cover removed. I broke a bolt in the diff and am waiting on a buddy with an extract kit to get it out. Really wish I could delete this thread and just have my one.
