New way of doing a cross-over?

I have been looking for a stock application that runs a front back power steering box behind the axle but have yet to come up with anything.

the really old stuff, T buckets etc, was all manual I think

both pete and KW had back/ front boxes behind the axle. When They move the box to the front of the axle it improved the cut angle of the tires and reduced the turning circle. having driven both styles I wouldn't go back to the older style now.

that is odd.
it shouldnt matter where the box is mounted.
an inch of draglink motion should be the same regardless of box location.
perhaps the leaf springs and the shackle had something to do with the difference
