So I have 2 inch wheel spacers and my stock studs are 1.5 inches long and the lug nut for the spacer is like halfway on my stud tightened. Anyways I need 1.75 inch or 2 inch wheel studs and I've found some but how much does "Knurl diameter" matter? The original studs apparently have 0.472 Knurl diameter and the ones I was thinking of getting have 0.487 Knurl diameter. Anyways will they work without having to do any drilling? Thanks

Hopefully someone on here with more knowledge will answer soon but: I don't think you should do any drilling to change the knurl. They're made to fit without movement and changing that could be dangerous.
Incidentally I am just about to go outside and put my spacers back on ( and saw your post) I know what you mean, I'd like more thread to double nut the hub studs to avoid a little situation I posted about a year ago:doah:

I read someone's post on another site and they were saying that you can still successfully hammer one in without damaging the threads and it can still work. I guess cus it's such slightly bigger. I think I'm gonna just order them and hope for the best being they aren't that expensive haha.
