newb question about installing wheel bearings

I dont own a torque wrench so how can I tighten down the nuts that hold the hub on??. Just tighten till I cant wiggle it?? BTW this is a 14bff.

there is an end play spec... but i wouldnt trust "i cant feel it move"
my suggestion is find a way to borrow a torque wrench for a couple hours
even a beam torque wrench ($25 at sears) is better than no torque wrench

Auto Zone lends out tools, but you would have to put down %100 down payment on the tool. You'll get your money back. Dont do it by touch VERY dangerous. I've seen wheels come off during mud races, if it comes off on the street it can kill someone.
