Newb to CB's

So I've never had a CB, have no idea how to tune one, set it up or anything really. The only communication I am looking to do is close range, on the trails with other rigs. A mile tops, but hardly even that amount. I am also short on cash, so I'm thinking a cheap setup will hopefully work for my needs. I'm hoping to take advantage of something used as well. Any suggestions on a radio/antenna combo? Any advice or sites on how to get it set up correctly?
