Ok so today i whent to pull the drume of one side of my 14 bolt, i pulled the axle shaft, took off the first lock washer, removed the the washer in the middle, then i removed the last lock washer. After removing that stuff i tried to slide the drum off but i couldn't, is that all i have to remove to get the drum off?:D

Its probably the brake shoes. The shoes can whair inot the drum becasue they self adjust. So you have to unadjust them. let me know if you need to know how to do that.

That was kinda what i was thinking, that side wont even turn i think it is only one shoe becuase the bottom half of the drum will move just a little bit. and no i dont know how to unadjust them.

Ok here goes. This is what the inside looks like,

This is what adjusts the shoes. If you look at it all closely enough, You can see that the series of springs and levers ride on this "stared" looking piece that has threads in it. So enevry time that lever moves, it spins the star which unthreads a litle bit moving the shoes closer to the drum. This is what you need to unadjust.

To do that go to the back side of the drum

You need to get into the elongated slot at the bottom of the drum, the one i have marked with the penny here.

If you look through that slot you will see the star piece.

You must spin the stared pice back in using a screw driver, trying to basicly accomplish the oppisite of what the self adjust lever does.

To do this start with the tip of the screw driver at the top

then spin the star moving the tip of the screw driver from top to bottom. and repete several times

and that shuld do it!

when i did mine the slot for the adjuster was on the front of the drum.. not on the backing plate

Can you post up a few more pics of the back-and-forth adjustment?

I'm still confused a little.....
