New to this forum but have had 4x4s all of my life. At the risk of sounding like a dumb*** ,what is a zero rate? I must be the only one in the dark.

Its a one inch thick block that acts as a spring. It adds zero rate to the springs (aka doesnt make them stiffer) and gives 1 inch of lift. They can also be used to offset the axle forward or backwards 1 or 1.5in which I wouldnt recommend.
