twoslo4five0 you might want to rethink the way you strap down the rides on the trailer. dot might not like that chains on the bumper poll like that. and if in a panic swirve it might shift on the deck . 4 corners is best.

yeah that was a temporary solution...i just bought 10 d-rings im gonna weld all over the trailer..2 front 2 back 3 on each side...also the strap temporay solution too gotta make another trip to agri supply...i try to stay away from that place cause im in candyland when im in there and spend to much $$$...

Yeah man, I'm planning on buying some 44 Boggers for her. The dang Baja's pull the Burb all over the road, especially during hard braking! Not to mention I'd like to have a bit more sidelug in the mud! Ohh, the truck belonged to a guy named Jaime but was lifted and axles swapped by a guy named Willy. Did a good job for doing it all in 2 weeks only working on it nights after work...Harrisonburg, huh? You must go to JMU?

this post is hilarious. yall fighting over some ridiculous stuff. if you wanna know the real history...the axles are originally out of a guy named brandon's 1 ton blazer that he ended up flipping. shifflett bought the truck to put the axles under his k5 he had. jamie ended up flipping his k5 and bought the burban and swapped everything over into that. i was wondering what had happened to it as i havent seen the truck in a few years. where in Va are you mudder?

i know the story cuz I know all parties involved and the tranny and t-case from the original 1 ton k5 now reside in mine.

yea i go to JMU. im buildn up another rig at home and will be bringing it to school next year. George Washington Forest wont be much of a challenge, but its better than driving on pavement.

Rebel, you wouldn't happen to live in Smoketree would you? Anyway, my ex went to JMU so I've made that 123 mile trip from my place many 'a time! In my '69 Cheyenne short bed K10 and my 87 K5. Neither one likes climbing Afton mountain too much. Sucks the gas out of 'em quick!
