Next weeks project..... (pic) *some progress*

Well, im done with carbs. I think im going to try my luck with swapping in tbi. This is a pic of me and POOHBAIR halfway done with pulling everything out. I got the motor for pooh and the injection for me. I got all the wiring, the motor, and a jet black bench seat for 200bucks. Thought it was a ok deal.

sounds like you got a good deal. where was that when i was looking for a tbi motor for my 88. I anded up going with a carberated motor and adapting the intake.

well, started getting some work done. I going with a stand-alone wiring harness from Affordable Fuel Injection, talked with mark and norm. Should be here next monday. Both are great guys, im sure norm is getting sick of my emails..... But he is very helpful. Anyway, my new harness eliminates the need for egr (along with the vss, knock sensor, and esc) so i called upon my machinist buddy for a egr blockoff plate. Its a bit thick, fits great for a 15 minute job. The harness also has the "AC wire", it will get wired into the winch. It will bump up the rpm when activated. Thought that was cool.

For anyone curious, im going to use a bosch 3wire O2 sensor pn# 13077

heres some pics.
