This is from the ORD website:

Looking for a nice flexible rear suspension? Try our 6" SuperShackles with a '88-98 GM truck spring and our 2.5" shackle flip kit. This will net you a 4" lift with great suspension action and control.

Is anyone else running this same setup?

I dont know, but i do know that ord makes some nice stuff. A lot of people on here are running their shackle flip and its top notch. You cant really go wrong with ord.

yea. they say that particluar rear set up is really good. makes great suspension flexibility and a lot better ride quality.

long relatively flat springs, and a shackle flip, along with an extended shackle... sounds like a winner to me.

sounds good to me too. but i do think that having to move the spring mounts further back to accomodate for the longer springs would be a chore.

Not if you're already doing the shackle flip. You just run the flip brackets on the opposite side. That allows you to run longer springs.

Can you still run them with a stock or 4" shackle?

If you flipped the the ORD mounts to the opposite sides, would you have to move the front spring mounts?
