I wonder what the reserve is.

guys in the rich part of socal, he probably thinks its worth gold. it looks nice but really isnt anything special. funny no pics of the engine.

he also states the original hartop is avail at additional cost??? i emailed him asking why about the top and his reserve, see if he responds.

yeah, saw that about the hardtop and had a wtf moment. Is he saving it as a souvenir? Should come with the truck IMO.

That driver's side door looks a little funny like it won't shut all the way or the body is warped...

mine used to be like that. the bolts on the hinges had worked a bit loose. all i had to do was crank them tight and it sat properly. that may be his problem too.

The price was $2000 when i looked. that's very reasonable but i hope his reserve isn't much higher because i agree that it's not all that amazing.

heres the guys reply, hes obviously on crack

Thanks. It is an additional price, because I can. Seriously. This Blazer is just out of the paint and body shop. ALOT OF MONEY INVESTED. I started with a good foundation. It was not beat up in any way. Great looking and driving. I cannot tell you the reserve, but the bidding is VERY FAR OFF, from what my reserve is. If you want a 1973-75 body style Blazer, this is the one to get. I'm looking for over 20k.

hahah 3 months ago when i was looking to buy i found a really nice blazer 3/4 tom 4 " lift new leather interior from 03 tahoe ect

I pestered him for a buy it now price and he wouldnt give me one so i offered him 8500 which he scoffed at and said dude ive got 30 k in it i need 20k ... lol anyway its been re listed 3 times since then and hasnt even hit 8500 in actual bids lol

What is it with these guys that think C/K stuff is the nearest thing to Yenko stuff?

I mean, chit, my Blazer is a testament to the price these things can be gotten for nowadays. My Blazer was listed with a 10K reserve on eBay for 6 months back in '06. Nobody came close to bidding that much.

I twisted the guy's arm and got it for $5000.00

I forgot how your blazers body is pretty much flawless.

Hijack, Craig what did you use for the bed rail caps you used. I was looking for something for when i run my K5 topless cause the bedrails are a little beat up.

I just used standard chrome Summit bedrails for a shortbed c/k truck and hacked them down to fit my K5.

granted a top notch paint job and body work here in socal can run 10k alone, but it doesnt justify that kind of asking price. i have heard of first gen stuff going for that much though.
