Well I must have lost it or something. Anyone know how heavy a spring it is. Hoping to find something tonight. Ugh I don't wanna go another week with only one car

Not very heavy, only about .060 wire and around 3 inches long.

This spring is in the t-case? I have a 241 I was about to rip apart for the planetary setup.

It's on the shift fork shaft on the planetary side. So the front of the case.

Spring goes on after shift forks and rubs against rear cover. The picture is for a newer 241 with cups but otherwise is the same as most aluminum New Process t-cases.

I wondered why the diagram I looked at it appeared to be on the other half didn't make any sense. That one makes total sense

I think the spring I grabbed might be too heavy but if the wire is .060 and length is 3" I guess it's time to take the calipers to the hardware store
