I agree. It's very expensive for consumers, we tend to go from black to red very quickly. On the other hand, retail businesses love the holiday season as they go from red to black (hence the term "black friday" meaning the day after Thanksgiving). Hmmm, maybe we should have had 2 Dec cash giveaways instead of none.
