Hey all, I lost the use of my heater:doah: My Blazer was a 24v system. I lost the heater after I removed the resistor. I checked the fuse and its good. Where can I check for power? Where did I got wrong lol.

Just be clear I lost the use of the fans for the heater, the core is still good just cant spread the heat:D

Ok the fuse is good, im getting power to the switch. I gues I need to check if power is getting to the fans right? If so where are the fans?

ok I fixed, not sure how though? I ran a hot lead to the fan itself and it worked fine.
Plugged the What I believe to be a fusible link back on the blower motor. Flipped the switch and now the fan works? I had power all the way down to the motor before running power directly to the motor. Maybe it was just loose?

Could be, or the fan motor is on it's way out, like how you have to tap on a bad starter to get it to work sometimes. :)

Thats what I started thinking. I imagine it's the original fan. oh well time to start saving:D:haha:. Actually can these be rebuilt?

i bought a new blower fan for my K30 last winter... it was like $22 from autozone... did the job in their parking lot...
