I’ve got a 87 GMC Sierra. I recently switched my stock gauges to Dakota digital and everything worked fine including getting power to them for the lighting. Now my problem is I have no power at the fuse box for the instrument lamps. I checked the fuse and it’s good and used my power probe to check the pins for that slot in the fuse box and it’s not getting any power but all the other fuses check out. Does anyone have any suggestions of where to check? Oh and all my headlights, turn signals, and etc work.

turn headlight switch on to check power at dash light fuse. I am pretty sure power comes from headlight switch, so if no power might be switch. wiggle and turn knob see if lights flicker
