No power to the fuel pump

90 Blazer, TBI 350, sat for a month and when I tried to move it I got nothing out of the fuel pump. I changed the fuel pump relay, nothing. I changed the pump, nothing. Checked power to the pump, nothing! Is there a fuse somewhere that I'm missing? Can't find a blown fuse anywhere. What's my next step?

If you put 12V battery to the red wire hanging off the fuel pump relay, does the fuel pump come on?

Sounds like a busted wire from the relay or a bad ground to me.

Tank ground to the frame, the 12v wire to the pump, or the pump itself is/are bad or disconnected somewhere closer to the tank than the relay.
