I finished installing my harness from PSI for my ly6 swap and have no spark at the plugs and, when testing with a noid light, I have nothing at the injectors. I have checked the power to the harness and have 12+ volts when ignition is on but it goes to 9-10 volts when cranking. I believe I have everything grounded properly and i have 58 psi at the fuel rail. so what else should I check before I send the PCM back to be checked out?

The harness has 2 relays. One for fuel pump which appears to be working. And one for ignition power (guessing this is the asd) I can feel it click but not sure how to test it.

ASD is auto shutdown relay. It is ground controlled via ecm. If not working correctly you will have no spark and no injectors.

Swap the relays see if you get spark. If not it's in the wiring. If ASD is clicking, you know the pcm is grounding it

Thanks I'll finish my coffee and give that a shot.

Switched the relays. I have spark but nothing at the injectors with a noid light.

did you make sure 1 of the wires should be labled key AND crank hot got pt in the key CRANK hot spot ?

i see lots of people install that wire to key ONLY hot and when you crank it losses power untill the key is let go to the run position .

I saw that come up a lot so I tried to be certain. I used the coil pos wire off the Ez wire 21 harness. That should be on and cranking right?

I tested it with a multimeter before connecting.
Unplug one of the injectors, one wire should have power with the key on. The other wire is grounded by the computer, if you have spark you should also have injector pulse.

I tried that and had 12v at the one side and nothing at the other.

I am going to try retesting all plugs for spark, all injectors with the noid light and re do all my grounds to ensure good contact.

Still nothing.

Replaced the cam sensor. Cleaned all grounds.
Still nothing at the injectors. I have spark but no fuel. Any ideas?

What harness are you using?

The factory harness has 2 grounds at the engine: one by the cam sensor and one on the driver's side of the block by the motor mount. The ground at the block provides the ground to the pcm that is used for the injectors.

Do you have any kind of a scan tool?

I got the harness from PSI. The grounds for it are good. I've been borrowing a friend's scanner and getting no codes.
