No Spark Issue... Needing help!

There are two fuses on that block where the fire wall is. They look good. Ive looked at the ones on the fuse block itself numerous times.... theyre just all glass fuses
Fuses are funny things, you can't always tell if they are blown by looking at them. They might have blown or fatigued where you can't see it. This is true for any fuse of any style.
Get a test light and check ALL of the fuses. Sometimes fuses are piggybacked, so don't just check certain ones.
A testlight is a nice simple inexpensive tool that is VERY useful.

Since it appears that you haven't checked for power at the distributor, you now have two things to check with your light!

What is actually going to conduct spark? Does that wire going into the battery terminal on the dist go in or out to the dist? I looked down around the starter and those wires are bubbled a little. But i dont think they have anything to do with it cause it cranks over good with the battery booster hooked up. The battery hasnt had time to recharge yet. Its my 2nd optima in that truck. The 1st one went to ****.

that wire on your dist supplies 12v to the dist.it gives power to your coil. your coil boosts it and cap and rotor distribute it to the plugs......
