I replaced the iac and tps sensors and now it's still idling too high and then after driving for a little bit it stalls out and then you have to unplug one fuel injector to get it restarted. Also some fluid from an unknown source sprayed towards the drivers side wheel well...stumped. temp guage isn't working, and service engine light is on

If it is flooding out then it has to be the injectors or the TBI body itself. No sensor or ECM problem is going to feed the TBI so much fuel that it is going to flood out and stall. A sensor or ECM problem can make it run rich, but not poor enough fuel that it floods out.

what do you think my best bet is in diagnosing this and or finding a solution? I'm pretty sure it's flooding because you can smell the gas and I've watched my fuel go from a half to an eigth just with working on it and driving it around the parking lot next door. And then needing to pull an injector to restart it. I seafoamed it right before the winter and I'm assuming it let loose some good ole grime that would've been better left untouched

Better see if the crankcase isn't getting filled with gas,if you've lost that much in a short time...
I'm not very well versed in newer EFI engines, but perhaps there is a fuel return line going back to the tank from the injectors that is rusted and peeing gas out, that is the source of your fuel leak ?..

Also if your EFI uses a fuel pressure regulator operated by vacuum, those have a rubber diaphram inside that can rupture, and let the engine suck in raw fuel...others here know a lot more than I do,so they may have more & better advice..

Thank you, ill definitely check that next. And I also noticed that my temp gauge isn't working anymore, so maybe a bad temp sensor or thermostat?

This would be the first thing I figured out. Unknown fluids spraying around in the engine bay = bad. It's especially bad if you are missing large amounts of gas.

There is a temperature sending unit for the gauge (not to be confused with the temp sensor for the EFI) that may have failed--if the thermostat failed in the "open" position,it would still show some reading on the gauge after its been running long enough..

It might be a blown fuse for the gauges, but then all the gauges would be "dead" probably..it could be the wire going to the temperature sending unit is corroded or broken somewhere between the gauge and the engine too..

To test the temperature sending unit you have to find it--then take the wire on it off, and have someone watch the gauge with the ignition key "on",but the engine not running--if you touch the wire to a good ground the gauge should peg to "H" --do NOT leave it grounded more than a few seconds,or it can and will ruin the gauge or the wire...

If that shows the gauge works, then its likely the temperature sending unit itself has died..
