no weld body repair

I am planning to do some body work to my cab, both sides have no rockers. Has anybody ever used this kit from eastwood, or any other body adhesive to make sheet metal repairs.

I haven't used that kit, but I've used the Fusor and 3M offerings quite a few times..

panel adhesive repairs can work well in alot of apps.. it really depends on where and what configuration the patch is...

I need to replace both inner and outer rocker panels on my K30. I have a grinder, but no welder. Would panel andhesive be an appropriate alternative to welding in new metal? Will it be structurerally sound?
where would I find info on when to use adhesive vs. welding?

I'd be a little concerned about longterm durability compared to welding due to constant stresses of being stepped on... But hey, give it a shot...

one thing, I'll tell you about panel adhesives.. it WILL fail in very short order if the metal you adhere isn't perfect clean and prepped.. any rust, treated metal, etc will not hold the adhesive long... it MUST be properly prepped painted, or primed flanges..

after further research and your thoughtful comments. I have decided to just borrow my father-in-law's mig and weld in new metal

I plan to practice before hand on some scrap metal so my beads are tight and well done.

The Glues out there buy fusor and 3m and so much much stronger than any welding the steel will fail before the glues will.

As for the rocker though I need to replace mine and will be welding them.

Don't run a "bead" on sheet metal. You should do several "spot welds" and spread them out.
