There is a clicking/ ticking coming from the under the truck. It has a rebuilt 700r4, which was rebuilt about a year ago or less. It has stock gearing, new front drive shaft, new u joints on rear drive shaft. I only hear it when it is in drive, not in reverse, park or neutral. Just changed the transfer case fluid a few weeks ago. Could I get some help on what it could be and things I could change.
Thanks for your time

It could be the torque converter bolts have loosened,or the flex plate has developed some cracks...

You will have to remove the dust cover on the bell housing to access the bolts, which might require some truss rods to be removed if there are some bolted to the cover, most 4x4s do have those..then try tightening the torque converter bolts--first if they seem loose though, you might want to take one off, because if its been loose for any time it is likely the bolts will have some grooves cut into them and tightening them might snap them off in the converter,if they are threaded into it--some converters have metal brackets and use a nut & bolt instead..

It is tough to see up in there where the flex plate bolts to the crankshaft, where cracks usually form, but usually you can see well enough in there to determine if it is cracked or not..

If your not up to doing the inspection yourself a transmission shop would probably do it for a reasonable fee..its a hell of a lot easier up on a lift..

I don't think that it would be the torque converter, due to everything in the trans being replaced, including the torque converter but I am still going to check the bolts that hold it on.

Couple of other thoughts. Make sure it will do it without the truck moving. If so, that eliminates most of the drive train. Transfer case, driveshafts, U-Joints and the entire front and rear ends.
Also, try holding the brakes with it in drive and give a little gas. See if it gets louder. Loose or broken engine mounts will let the motor rise up and twist under load, and can cause the fan to hit something or sometimes even the bell housing to flex and let the flywheel hit something.

And just to eliminate the stupid easy stuff first, make sure someone isn't playing a joke on you by putting a zip-tie on your driveshaft. :p: :D
