NON Chevy’s in the Wild

A couple from a real small car show today.

The mud Bogger is a guy that raced in dirt drag class at local mud bogs back in the day when @tarussell and I were racing in the deep pit.

The F100 was just a clean build with some west coast chassis and a super charged ‘18 Mustang motor.

Ahhhh, the memories….back when we was “in da’ game and folks new of us” - those days are but a distant memory…
People still talk about us but it’s more like “ DAMN it man - what happened to ya!!!” !
I’m beginning to think we got fat-n-old !

This was a truck that I stopped to look at last week while headed to look at another truck but this one was so damn nice I thought that it deserved to be posted in this thread.
It had a 460 and EOD auto TTB D50 H.D. F/F 10.5” out back and all that goes with that era of F-250’s - it was so clean but it had some horrible info on the for sale sign. It was a rebuilt salvage title - don’t know what was originally wrong with it but I just walked away with my head hung low….

Well, it looks like it was Ford photo day today - these two pics were taken less than a block apart.

The F-100 has been there for at least 40 yrs. and is driven fairly regularly.
The Bronco showed up there about 10 yrs. ago and is driven very regularly - as for the Mustang this is the first time that I’ve seen it there.

Neighbors 356, been sitting in his garage for 10yrs, finally got it running again. Not a show car but definitely really cool. Said he paid less than the cost of a new camry back in the day…

Now that its running again he plans to drive the wheels off it when weather permits.

Always had dirty thoughts about one of either of those with a 350 and big tires.
