This is a dodge caravan question. My family 95 caravan shakes A LOT between 40 and 45 mph. Enough that my wife won't drive it anymore. Works fine through 1st, 3rd, 4th gear (AUTO TRANNY), but when it get's to 40mph in seconed gear it starts to shake the whole van until about 45-48mph. The tranny was rebuilt about a year ago and we haven't had any problems. Any clues???

when you are in second and vehicle starts to shake throw the tranny into neutral and see if it still shakes that'll tell you if its tranny related if not my guess check cv shafts,motor/trans mounts,TIRES....

If it shakes more when you're on the throttle, Its the CV shaft/Half shaft's inner tri-pod joint. Get a reman unit for 65 bucks probably. Just gotta fine which one out of the two.

That's it then I THINK... I don't know what those parts are though. If I look in my blazer chiltons, would I be able to find something similer to look for?

They are the axle shafts with rubber boots on them that go from the transaxle(transmission) to the wheels.

Plain and simple the answer is NO... Your blazer has a completly different front end then your mini van has...
