what is the difference between a hydroboost powersteering pump and a non hydroboost pump? i have a good non-hydro pump and was wondering if it will work with the hydro boost

non hydro to hydro pump?

Hydro boost pump has a slightly larger reservoir, and an additional return nipple. And the mountins bracket is a little different. I tried putting a H/B pump on with the stock brackets, but ended up screwing up the pump. Now I just brazed another nipple on the stock pump and it works fine.

3/4 ton status
I put a Hydro rez on my non-hydro pump and increased the flow and pressure by doing hte mods on WTOs site. I do have contact issues with the rez and the head but nothing big. I am thinking of finding a round pump and rez from a diesel with remote rez.
