Just started welding and wanted to get some feedback on my welds. Could some of you experienced guy give me some feedback good or bad on how my welds look?

Assuming this is mig watch this videos and look at the pics and try again.

It helps a lot.

I turned my wire speed from 7 to around 3. For 1/4 I would go a bit higher though.

Some gas and solid wire would improve things darastically though.

play with scrap first.

ditch the flux crap.

get the bottle of mix gas.

then love thi welder its your friend.

looks like no real penitration. hit it with big hammer and i bet it falls off. or close to it.

dont forget the thicker the metel the more heat it needs. and for best bevel the peices.

if one is thicker than other the thicker will need more heat in to it to weld proporly.
