65/66 is my favorite...my dad built a bunch of them when I was a kid.
I have wanted one since. Hard to find here that isn`t way to much money or totally rusted out.

These trucks are pretty killer. I will be posting a lot of pictures when we get it. Should be a fun project and a GREAT learning experience to help me in the future.

As stated before, this...
In the end, it's your truck, do what YOU want. If you must paint it (most of us will die a little inside) then try and stick with the factory mint green with white 2 tone or something like that. I also like the plasti-dip idea as it is removeable if you don't like it or want a color change.
I am going to stick with the mint green. Unless somehow you guys can convince me and my dad to not paint it. Lol

Fun backyard toy you got there. satin black or the stock would look nice. White walls and a 4 inch drop will be pretty sweet as well. Much easier to worry about drop than lift and tons and all the other 4x4 cunundrums.

Really, I have it rented for another house I'm building. Just brought it home for the weekend.
