What is normal oil pressure for a 350 on the manual oil pressure gauge?

Mine reads 60ish at startup, 30-40ish at full warm idling.
What is the value of those three big white lines? 20/40/60 ???
The first line is 0 then next is 15 then 30 then 45 then 60
So anywhere between the last two marks is good when cold?
Yes, I would only worry if the pressure is ever lower than 30 though to be honest.
I wasn't sure...didn't know how to read it and they didn't put a "warning" sector on it...it likes to stay over by the 3/4 area....I thought it might be high because that doesn't leave much headroom...
As long as the gauge doesn't peg you're ok.
and by "peg" you mean literally hit the peg over near 3 o'clock?

If the gauge ever reads more than the 60psi max on the gauge then I would be looking for the reason.
I have revved it up high and it approached the 60 mark but never quite gets there...

I wouldnt worry if it pegged..... As long as it was high RPM. My 350 will hit 80 at about 5500rpm.
As long as it comes back, i wouldnt worry. Just basically confirms the gauge is working.
Also, below 30 seems high. I think the manual says 15 or so at idle for the lowest.
I should have clarified that I meant if it pegged and stayed there then check to find out why.
