First off I would like to suggest a subcategory under trails, well 50 sub categories actually. One for each state, because I was trying to find specific posts on the state I'm living in at the moments and went through about 20 pages before I decided to create this post. I realize this is "Colorado" K5, But there are members from all over who flock to this site for advise and what not.

That being said, if I'm posting in the wrong thread I apologize, I'm new here and I don't really know the difference between land use and Blazin' trails.

That being said, I'm heading back to North Carolina on the 20th of March and will be there for about 10 days before I ship my Blazer to Alaska. I'll be in the Fayetteville area and am looking for some trails or mud holes that might be fun. If you know of any hit me up!! Thanks!!

Uwharrie National Park ORV trails open the 30th of March. I know its the tail end of your visit to Fayetteville but there isnt a whole lot of wheeling spots. There is the Smith Lake area of Fort Bragg but its not much. We have a local 4x4 club (Bragg 4x4) that wheels on some private party which is somewhat small but has a couple good creek crossings and a couple mud holes that are good after it rains.

Awesome!! I wish I would have known about that sooner. I was in NC for 3 years and only took my truck out near my house in Hope Mills. Nothing exciting, just mellow power line trails. Anyway, I'll check out Smith lake. I can't get too crazy. I'm running a stock 12 bolt rear end and can't afford to replace or upgrade it anytime soon. Where were the pictures taken?

That was the private property that we have permission to play on. There are some gnarly mud holes out on some powerlines off of 210 near Stedman as well....I got stuck out there about a month ago.

Here's pics from the powerlines

Just spent 10 years living 2 hours from Fayettville.

You cant throw a stick without it hitting a random mud hole. The whole eastern half of the state is a giant mud hole.
