looking for a place to go wheelin. i live in brentwood, work in livermore. some buddies form work and i have been to frank raines, anyone know of anything close?

Been to frank raines myself a few years back. I used to live in Livermore and also in Placerville. Check out Hollister Hills and also a couple hours north east up to Truckee. Both have excellent trails!!

Also if you come accros the valley there are several places to go like Cherry lake and Deer Creek.
I have never gotten to these places but have seen pics and found the location on a topo map I have.
