Is GM still selling body panels for the K5.. fender, rear fenders, rockers etc.

No, but I THINK you can get GM certified Goodmark replacement parts. What exactly they actually make for our rigs I do not know. But it's work an internet search. Look for Goodmark replacement parts.
you can still find NOS doors and front fenders thru, i wanna say Classic Industries? think thats who had em.. big bucks tho... doors where $1000 a piece.. front fenders $500..
haven't seen an NOS quarter panel in well over 10 yrs... just went and peaked at Classic, apparently it wasn't them, they dont list any NOS stuff....
of course you could always bribe/beg MetroDps to sell you something out of his NOS sheetmetal warehouse...

Classic still sells some OEM parts, but nothing NOS anymore. I haven't personally bought any of their sheetmetal, so I can't speak to their quality, but many of their other parts are very good quality, at least when compared to LMC.
Probably the best option for original sheetmetal is AZ and Cali stuff, since they don't have the rust issues that many of the rest of us deal with. That's why I am working on getting a complete body to repair my Krusty.

Some dealers still have some old stuff, you just have to find it is all. By some I mean, more than 1, but not very many. There's also a few dealers who seemed to like to buy up everyone elses NOS parts, Friesen Chevrolet comes to mind, among a few others.
If you have the part number for said panels, you can plug it into partsvoice.com and see if any dealer has it lying around, call them up and have them ship it. I've bought a few parts this way.
