CO Not mine 86 k30 4sp 454

If you need help fixing the 465 trans, just threaten to swap it for a TH400 and clutch pedal lovers like @Bent77 will jump in to help save another dump truck trans from an auto swap. :haha:

Since it’s an 86 with hydro pedals I’d say NV4500 all the way. Forget the caveman 465

How much was the asking price?

Edit Found it. 3500 Is ok needs some love but could be nice for cheep.
I like the canopy on it for some reason!?

I am pretty confident the seller will accept $3000 for the truck, I just have to pay shipping on top. I found a quote for $200 on uShip, so perhaps it will work out.

EDIT: I gave him a ring and left a voicemail. Hopefully he gets back to me.

You rang??

I have seen this one around for a few years. I would have bought it before if I had lots of cash to have another truck! :doah:

Never looked at it closely, but that apparently isn't a concern now.

I probably have a side window around somewhere.

It's a perfect candidate for the NV4500 that's in my '95! :D

Don't get me wrong, I would love it if you checked it out in person. I was there with two buddies and we went through it to the best of our ability, which is certainly less than your ability. :D

...but yeah, it has serious problems and I know that going in. Just crossing my fingers now that the seller will work with me with this whole shipping thing.

Is John hauling trucks @6872xtc
No, he only goes over the hill with the enclosed trailer hauling produce in the summer.
And $200 is flipping cheap to get it from here to Denver in my opinion, but I was accustomed to wrecker service rates.

yeah very cheap. I almost, and should of, bought a k30 crew cab from someone here... $1000 from CA to my house in NJ... that is cheap too!!!!

ill have to do a wtb later again... trailering special 11k / 13k or 15k prefer non crew but if all i can find.. go with it... just cab or roller...
and will see if rates have gone up.. gas has gone down so who knows...
