Well, lads, I just got back from a week of holidays, and it's back to business. Kim and I are now accepting pictures of your rigs for consideration to appear in the 2007 Rigs of CK5 calendar.
First of all, this contest is only open to members of CK5 with accounts in good standing.
We are looking for HI-RES pics of your K-series rig in action, taken at a minimum of 1200 x 1600 pixels oriented LONG SIDE DOWN if possible. Poser pics will be accepted if the background scenery is just too awesome to ignore. This is not a beauty contest- a high quality picture of a beat up old K5 with a beautiful background will easily beat out a humdrum, fuzzy pic of a tricked-out ride. Like I said in a previous thread, those of you who have seen previous calendars know what we are looking for.
There are presently 11 slots available, and that might drop to 10 if the Boss submits a picture to me. We will be accepting pics until sometime in mid-September, so if you are planning some cool wheeling trips this summer, make sure you bring your camera along. Remember, this is not first come, first served. The succesful pictures will be chosen from all the submissions I recieve, strictly on how good they are overall.
Please submit your pics to [email protected], ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING INFO:
-Username
-Real name
-Location where the pic was taken
In addition, I need the following specs included in your email:
Year and Model, Engine/Tranny/T-Case, Axles and Gears(including lockers), Lift specs front and rear, Tires and Wheels, Any special goodies worth mentioning. Once again, if you've seen a calendar from previous years, you know the format we're looking for.
