Saw the Jimmy over by Safeway gas station a few hours ago. You topping it off or did you drain it out first? I didnt see any smoke or anything, but I was about 10 car lengths behind you when you turned.

15 gallons in the tank. Runs like a top now. I could tell when the good blend hit the engine. Made a big difference.

Yep been down that road, borrowed a vehicle to somebody, they put a few gallons in to replace what they used and dropped it back off. I drive it and it starts running funky, popped the aircleaner to try some carb cleaner and hmm that is an interesting smell. Fortunately I had room in the tank and topped it off with high octane gas and ran it. Seemed like it did the engine good.

Glad it worked out.
